Our Financial Policy

Dailey Medical Clinic is a cash only practice and payment is due at the time of service. It is no different than going grocery or clothes shopping. The fees are clearly listed and you pay for the service you receive.

If you have insurance or medicare;  lab fees, additional imaging studies such as ultrasounds or CTs and referrals are still covered by your insurance. In some cases, (medicare not included), part or all of your bill may be applied to your deductible or reimbursed if you file it on your insurance.

If you are strictly cash pay, the labs and imaging studies are offered at a cash price and most people are surprised at how affordable these are.

DAILEY MEDICAL CLINIC FEE SCHEDULE

$60 fee per office visit (This is the medical consultation fee. Additional fees may apply for additional services.)

We also offer membership services.

Membership with Dailey Medical Clinic includes:

** 1 well visit per year **

( this includes labs – Complete blood count, Glucose, liver and kidney function and electrolytes, cholesterol and urinalysis; prostate screening antigen for men age 50 and over; pap smear for women; electrocardiogram; history and physical exam; review of current medical conditions and medications and further screening recommendations based on age and conditions. )

AND

** 3 sick visits per year **

You may incur modest extra fees on your sick visits IF injections or x-rays are needed.

This does not include dermatology or immunology services. These services are offered at very reasonable rates for everyone!

All of this for $50 per month or $600 per year

Includes 20 minute office visit, additional fees for longer than this apply.
